You need to know that for these teachings and methods to work one session isn't enough for lasting relief. The same way other therapists, doctors ask for several visits and check-ups so do I. For the best results the methods and teachings need to be followed through. The same that the problems weren't created in one day, one instance the remedy may be just as hard to create.  Therefore the first instance that you will see me is for a baseline. both for me and for you to see what it is that these teaching are capable of and to see if this would be the right fit for you.  This baseline meeting is for both of us to get attuned to each other but for you to also be more comfortable and at ease with relation to the treatments.
